Roadside assistance and breakdown coverage are services and features automakers provide to assist motorises whose vehicles breakdown or suffered a mechanical failure. Currently, especially in Malaysia, there is no available system that can give assistance, diagnostic and telematics service to the drivers. This system will solve the problem by provides a digital service that has a built-in system compatible with all platform, which has significant for the car owners, car manufactures, service center and insurance companies. There is no existing telematics service system in Malaysian cars to keep the car connected to the service center or the car manufacturer. The system provides In-Vehicle Assistant to explain the dashboard warning lights to the driver as well as recommend an action to be taken in order to solve the problem. The current method to keep the customer updated about the next service is through sticker on the glass in front of the driver; This system will integrate it automatically in the car and give notification to the driver before the next service.
